Taizhou INA bearings show strong regularity and repeatability in the use process. Fourthly, the ferrography of stainless steel bearings contains black cutting abrasive particles or black oxide particles, and the tempering color of the metal surface indicates that the bearing journal surface is damaged.
Fifth, cutting abrasives were found in the ferrography of INA bearing in Taizhou. The abrasive composition is a non-ferrous metal, indicating that the bearing surface is damaged.
Now that we know the cause of bearing failure, we should pay attention to these aspects. The service life of stainless steel bearings will naturally increase. When external hard particles enter the bearing, there will be dents on the surface between the extruder body and the raceway. In addition, excessive impact load can also cause local plastic deformation of the contact surface and form pits.
When the bearing is stationary, even if the load is ***all, the vibration of the surrounding environment will form a uniform pit on the raceway. When improper seal, dust or particulate matter enter the bearing or lubrication is not ***ooth, it will cause serious wear on the contact surface, increase the vibration and noise of stainless steel bearings.
