Generally speaking, only one third of the damage caused by bearing fatigue damage comes from poor lubrication, and one third comes from the incorrect entry of pollutants into the bearing or the improper installation and treatment. 4. Surface metallurgy: extraction of metals or metal compounds from ores for strengthening.
It is characterized by fast heating, high heat density, melting metal surface or metal surface alloys, and then condensation to obtain special structure or strengthening layer characteristics.
5. Surface film strengthening
Physical and chemical methods are used to cover metal surfaces with different matrix properties, called surface film strengthening.
